Financial Professional Web Site Login Help
What if I forget my username or password?
How do I change my password?
I can access my accounts from both eFP and Principal Funds. Do I use the same login information?
I received an error message. Why?
Contact the call center at 866-237-9742. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., CST.
There are two locations on the login screen to change your password:
- Click on the “Forgot your password” link.
- In the left navigation area under “Tools” click on “Profile.”
Typically, your username and password will be the same for both eFP and Principal Funds sites. However, in some cases you may already have a pre-existing username and password with eFP and you should continue using those. Similarly, the username and password for Principal Funds does not necessarily give you access to eFP.
There are two possible reasons:
- Your login wasn’t properly processed.
- There is extensive server or internet traffic.
Please contact the call center for more information at 866-237-9742.
If you update your information on www.principalfunds.com it will not transfer to the eFP Web site or update commission information.
