Two New International Fund Options Now Available
Navigating international equity markets can be challenging, but maintaining an allocation to international funds can be essential to a well-diversified portfolio. Principal Funds recently added a new fund and additional share classes for our international strategies:
The Principal International Fund I
This fund is now available in retail shares for Class A (PFAFX) & Class P (PTRPX) effective June 4, 2014. Along with the new share classes, we have added Origin as the new sub-advisor.
The Principal International Small Company Fund
Effective June 12, 2014, this new fund offers retail shares for Class A (PICAX) & Class P (PCOPX). The Fund invests primarily in foreign equity securities and seeks long-term growth of capital.
For more information about the Fund and sub-advisor information, please visit the Fund Profile page.
Please note not all share classes are available to all investors. Please see each fund's prospectus for more complete details. Asset allocation and diversification do not ensure a profit or protect against a loss.
International and global investing involves greater risks such as currency fluctuations, political/social instability and differing accounting standards.
