The investment seeks to generate a total return. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies principally engaged in the real estate industry at the time of each purchase. It invests in equity securities of small, medium, and large market capitalization companies. The fund typically has investments located in a number of different countries, including the U.S. and countries with emerging securities markets. The fund is non-diversified.
