The investment seeks to generate a total return. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies principally engaged in the real estate industry. It invests in equity securities of small, medium, and large market capitalization companies. The fund invests a significant percentage of its portfolio in REITs and foreign REIT-like entities. It can invest a higher percentage of assets in securities of individual issuers than a diversified fund. The fund is non-diversified.
