How do I Change Ownership on My Mutual Fund Account?
If you change your name, or want to add or remove a co-owner on your non-retirement account, you will need to change your account registration using the Registration Change form. A Medallion Signature Guarantee is required.
If any shareholder(s) are deceased or the account is registered in the name of a trust, guardianship, conservatorship, Uniform Transfer to Minors Act, or company, additional documents may be required.
